Cleaning Regime 2023
Our bit…
As ever we will continue to clean our cottages to the highest possible standards. We continue to uphold our ethical standards and use environmentally friendly cleaners that adhere to the British Standards for cleaning, to kill those nasty germs and viruses.
All our bedlinen is cotton, washed to a bug killing 75-95 degrees C. All surfaces/contact points cleaned and sanitised. We provide hand wash by each sink and hand sanitiser. We put a supply of cleaning products in each cottage for your use during your stay as well as a welcome basket with essentials, including milk and bread.
Guests can access the cottages using a key lock box. The cottages will be fully made up prior to arrival, however to keep us safe we ask that at the end of your stay you strip the beds and place all linen in the bag provide

Short Term Rentals
We can provide short term rental i.e. a rental in excess of 4 weeks. Short term rentals suit people;- between house moves
- on work placements/ contracts
- having to move out of their home whilst building work is undertaken or
- just seeking temporary accommodation without wanting to commit to a 6 month assured short-hold tenancy

- Changeover day Friday
- 30% deposit to be paid on booking + £100 security deposit
- Shorter breaks available out of peak periods / short notice.
- Credit card payment accepted
