Booking info
We take a £100 damage desposit for short stays/holidays. For bookings made after 30th July this is a preauthorisation of £100 which is automatically cancelled 7 nights after your stay.

We continue to uphold our ethical standards and use environmentally friendly cleaners that adhere to the British Standards for cleaning, to kill those nasty germs and viruses. All bedlinen, tea towels and bathroom towels are supplied, and beds made up for your arrival. We provide handwash by each sink and hand sanitiser. We put a supply of cleaning products in each cottage for your use during your stay as well as a welcome basket with essentials, including milk and bread. Guests can access the cottages using a key lock box any time after 3pm. We ask at the end of your stay you strip the beds and place all linen

Short Term Rentals
We can provide short term rental i.e. a rental in excess of 4 weeks. Short term rentals suit people;- between house moves
- on work placements/ contracts
- having to move out of their home whilst building work is undertaken or
- just seeking temporary accommodation without wanting to commit to a 6 month assured short-hold tenancy

- 30% deposit to be paid on booking + £100 security deposit
- Shorter breaks available out of peak periods / short notice.
